Personal Details
Personality: Nitokris does his best to tie his every action to the Sith Code. He is slow to trust anybody other than himself, and is incredibly patient but stunningly brutal when reacting to a perceived insult. He professes a dislike for the political squabbles within the Sith hierarchy, but prolonged attention reveals that this merely covers the quiet subtlety of his own plots.
[Alignment- Using the World of Darkness character creation system here, since D&D is WAY too restrictive and impossible to use accurately on a realistic person;
Humanity - 3 (Manslaughter/impassioned crime morally acceptable, but has not yet resorted to premeditated murder or worse)
Virtue: Prudence- Nitokris has (for now...) the mental resolve to avoid many of the extremes of the Sith, although the motivations for his restraint, under the influence of the Dark Side, have become twisted; he intends to come across as the "serpent under the flower". He avoids becoming a slavering beast, like so many others amongst the Sith so often become, and may even seem slow to act in general. In reality, Nitokris does not believe in wasteful displays of power, and likes to wait until all the cards are down before he makes his move.
Vice: Lust ("Uncontrolled Desire")- Nitokris hungers for power and knowledge. While he is still new to his power, his studies have given him the impression that he is still merely at the edge of a great, yawning void. By taking progressively larger steps, leaps, and even falls, he can come to know the powers of the vast, screaming chaos that is the Dark Side of the Force. The stories he's only heard rumors of drive him on: It is said that the ancient Sith could bend the very nature of life itself, granting themselves and their slaves unfathomable power.
--Alternative Vice(s)-
Envy- Would fit a power-hungry manipulator, if that's where he ends up going.
[b]Greed[b]- Same as Envy, only more all-encompassing.
Philosophy: The Dark Side is a great and powerful force in the universe. It is both master and slave, rival and ally, and Nitokris has every intention to use it to its fullest capacity to help him rise above many of those who came before, and follow in the steps of the greatest masters of Sith history.
He feels that the Sith Code holds the keys to successfully achieving his goals, and does his best to unite his personality to its precepts. Knowledge of Sith history and culture has become his driving passion, and he sees himself one day unlocking many of the forgotten secrets of the ancient Sith. The ancient Masters held, Nitokris believes, the keys to the very fabric of life itself. By immersing himself within the blackest mysteries of the Dark Side, tempered with the wisdom of the Code of the Sith, Nitokris intends to rise to a mastery of the Force unknown to any but the most powerful of Sith Masters, perhaps even one day eclipsing the power of the Dark Council itself.
Family History: The Anance clan of Zabrak (named after a species of legged serpent native to the acid pools of Iridonia) left their home-world several generations ago. Since then, they have been a family of successful, if otherwise unremarkable, explorers and spacers. Nitokris' grandparents eventually invested most of their capital into a Republic colonization effort, and set course for the Outer Rim world of Eliad. They were part of an initial settlement that had grown quickly when the value of the planet's mining resources had been discovered. Nitokris' parents had been part of the management staff, and Nitokris had been born into a moderately wealthy family.
Relationships: None yet, waiting for more information about SI starting quests
Known Relatives: The Anance family might have a few remaining members living in Republic space and maybe some even in Sith space, but none of them have yet done anything of note, and Nitokris has never met any of them.
Friends: None yet
Enemies: None yet
Faction: Sith Empire
Guild/Group: RAGE
Rank: Sith Infiltrator

Current Apprentice: None
Former Apprentice: None
Strengths: Strong in the Force, incredibly dedicated to his interpretation of the Sith Code
Weaknesses: Can come across as dogmatic, and is incredibly slow to trust. Has a fear of heights and is mildly claustrophobic.
Combat Style: Nitokris is proficient with using the Force to augment his attacks. He prefers to dispose of threats quickly, using a combination of Force and lightsaber abilities. In a group, he tends to draw attention away from his companions with his acrobatic flourishes and displays of power. He's perfectly skilled at quietly fading into the background when the situation calls for it, however.

Languages: Zabrak, Common, and a foundation in Sith
History:
[Work-in-progress]
Currently known:
Little is known of Nitokris before he was captured after a mass-assassination attempt by anti-government 'alien rights' revolutionaries. Several members of the organization were killed during the botched attack (during which only one of the targets was successfully killed), and several more, including Nitokris, were captured, put on show-trial, and sentenced to be publicly executed in turn throughout the next month, with Nitokris' "turn" scheduled to be one of the latter to take place. Throughout the month, he and his fellow conspirators were regularly tortured, and it was during one of these sessions that he revealed his Force potential by slowly draining the life from his fellow prisoners, inadvertently sustaining himself well beyond normal tolerance levels (even for a Zabrak) at their expense. As luck, or the Force, would have it, not more than a day before he was to be publicly humiliated and killed, a visiting Sith Lord, following a faint-yet-potent echo in the Force, discovered the disturbance, and delivered Nitokris from the hands of the angered politicians on the condition that Nitokris was to be taken to Korriban, to suffer and learn at the hands of the Masters there. Apprentices were already in short supply, and the Lord was a pragmatic Pureblood who saw no use in killing a failed assassin who showed such interesting room for growth... at least not without putting him to use, first.
On Korriban, Nitokris embraced the Sith teachings with all his soul. While there were the usual minor signs of Force sensitivity throughout his life (greater-than-average luck, an ability to read people beyond normal empathy, etc.), they had never been present long enough for him to take notice. Now that he knew what he was capable of, though, he understood the signs that he had missed. The Sith teachings promise to help him unlock his true potential, and he bears no specific grudge towards the Empire, despite his dislike of their human supremacy stance. He knows that if it wasn't for the Sith Lord, he never would have discovered his potential. He had been weak, but the Sith Code promised strength. His weakness had brought failure, and should have brought his death. The strength of others had purchased them victory at his expense; such is the true nature of the universe, he is beginning to understand, and the true nature of the Force. Nitokris knows this, and is determined to take the opportunity he has to bloodily force his way to the ranks of the Sith Lords, despite his past.
Nitokris is fascinated by the teachings of the ancient Sith, such as Karness Muur and XoXaan, and is determined to learn as much as he can. When it comes to the Sith, knowledge is power. And power is the one thing that Nitokris knows that he needs, if he is to survive on his own merits.
Items: Any of his prior possessions were stripped from Nitokris when he was imprisoned
Ship: Any of his prior possessions were stripped from Nitokris when he was imprisoned
[The Tenebrous Crow; Lasombra ftw+Crows are wicked]
Land Vehicle: Any of his prior possessions were stripped from Nitokris when he was imprisoned
Concept: Naive worshiper of past glories
(Inspiration: Elements of- Raistlin Majere, Lucifer, Blood Mage, Centimani, Faust, Exar Kun, and that guy from the comics)
Reminder: Don't forget that Nitokris is new to the Force. His only exposure to it was the Sith that were part of the attack that killed his parents, and for most of his life the Sith Lords were the boogi-men/godlings of distant worlds that were supposed to have awesome power. He idolized them as much as he feared them... and now he gets the chance to BE them. Try to work his naivete into his voice... it's the main reason he idolizes the Sith of old, and why he wants to emulate them, and even why he rationalizes the nature of the Dark Side (he also doesn't care about mundane politics; as far as he's concerned, the Sith Empire is better than the Republic, but only because he's never left one to live in the other... apathy due to ignorance, maybe, but he'd likely feel the same if he ever DID see the Republic).
